To unzip the file using Windows OS simply:

• Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder.
• To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
• You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.
  

To unzip the file using Mac OS simply:

• Double-click the .zip file.
• The unzipped item appears in the same folder as the .zip file. If you want to, you can delete the .zip file.

Printing Instructions:

• Print on letter size paper
• In the printer settings scale to "actual size"
• Printable includes crop marks
• Print on both sides
• V1 "flip on short edge"
• V2 "flip on long edge"
